Product Description

Tirolessa USA is proud to bring you the next generation Tirolessa mortar and stucco sprayer. Based on our experience and the experience of others in the field, we have redesigned the sprayer for easier handling, easier jet cleaning, and more flexibility with a swivel hopper connection.

The Tirolessa USA sprayer can be used for plaster, stucco, small scale shotcrete, papercrete, earthen mixes and more. It can be used for traditional plastering and many alternative building methods like strawbale, earth bag, insulated panels and thin shell/ferrocement.

You will need a compressor with a minimum of 7 cfm @ 90 psi for the small jets, and 12 cfm @ 90 psi for the large jets (both jets included with sprayer). Typical compressor will have a 5 hp motor and a larger air tank. For electric motor driven compressors, having a larger tank, such as a 40 or 80 gallon tank, will provide ample air for continuous use. Gas or diesel driven compressors don't need to have large tanks, as the motor is continuously running.
